My point was that he's been the most dominant artist on streaming since 2015. I forgot he wasn't #1 in 2019 but it really doesn't negate my point.

Kinda did when you said since 2015.

I thought Taylor was irrelevant

I’m not seeing Mariah, so you must’ve missed her somewhere. She has the biggest christmas song of all time and the female artist with the most classic songs.

This too :rip: People legit forget nobody is moving physical copies like she does in 2021.

NOBODYs moving physical copies period. except her :deadbanana2: the way folklore would DESTROY Scorpion's whole rollout if she surprise released it the same week too :jonny5:

I will never understand the obsession some of you have with Drake. His albums are a lot more consistent with numbers than Taylor so I don't know where your comment is coming from.

According to Billboard:

Quote

During the album’s first week, Swift’s webstore sold over a dozen physical/digital album bundles (with a CD, vinyl LP or cassette, plus the digital album). All of the physical/digital bundles delivered the digital version of the album upon purchase to the customer, while the physical version will ship to the customer later. Sales of such bundles -- where two formats of the same album are bundled together -- are counted as one sale, with the album configuration sold determined by the first version of the album that is fulfilled to the customer.

Swift’s store additionally sold an array of merchandise/digital album bundles.

Scorpion had 0 bundles. 0 artist webstore sales. 0 physical versions.

Folklore:

1st week: 846K

2nd week: 135K

3rd week: 136K

4th week: 101K

5th week: 98K

6th week: 90K

7th week: 48K

Scorpion:

1st week: 732K

2nd week: 335K

3rd week: 260K

4th week: 184K

5th week: 145K

6th week: 117K

7th week: 102K

Folklore wouldn't have destroyed anything. Scorpion's album bomb on the Hot 100 would have completely overshadowed Folklore and after the debut week, he would have blocked her at #1 for the next 6 weeks (at least).

Scorpion:

1st week: 745.92M streams

2nd week: 390.98M streams

3rd week: 290.4M streams

Folklore:

1st week: 289.85M streams

2nd week: 134M streams

3rd week: 89.7M streams

You should learn to praise Taylor Swift without trying to take shots at Drake. He's the one artist you shouldn't do that with.
