Once a song that’s more than 10 weeks old has been declining for 3 consecutive weeks, its streaming points are halved. So whatever streaming units Positions got, the numbers now get halved because the song was declining during the Christmas season :skull:

Yes, if the song increases by 25% (or 50%, not completely sure) then the points are counted normally again. Songs over 3 years old are permanently affected though. 

 

I haven’t heard of any song actually getting out of the rule once it happens though

It usually happens for songs with big New Year's Eve boosts,  like Levitating this week.
