I think what the account in the OP did was convert the 1 billion streams billboard reported today into RIAA units, but it doesn't work like that. Streams have different multipliers depending on what platform they come from, so I don't think its Diamond just yet. I think 2 million of its' SPS came from user generated content from YouTube, which the RIAA doesn't count, but Nielsen does in its' totals.
