25. Kylie Minogue - Supernova

 

The kind of bop that would make every gay's jaw drop to the floor. Another DISCO bop.

 

24. Paloma Faith - Better Than This

 

This kind of went unnoticed, but I adore it. Great lyrics and such a good vocal performance.

 

23. Lady Gaga - Stupid Love

 

This should probably have been a little bit lower, but I have so many good memories with it. I know a lot of monsters and members drag the hell out of it, but to me the production is reaaaally good and it's an energetic fun bop that never fails to make me dance.

 

22. The Weeknd - In Your Eyes

 

Not a big Weeknd fan, but this one should have been a giant smash. It's a classic. Great melody and amazing sax solo. Should have been bigger than Blinding Lights (yes, I said it).

 

21. Allie X ft. Mitski - Susie Save Your Love

 

Everybody knows I adore Allie. She released a phenomenal album this year and this song is one of my faves. The instrumental break at the end is love to my ears.

but honestly this one has good **** too.  esp magic and in your eyes.  

 

ive said it in other best ofs but yeah, stupid love is overhated.  [what thewaywewere said too heehee].  it just... isnt that bad? like, its a catchy pop song?  maybe not her best single but why the vitriol?

Susie was my favorite cut from Allie's album. Stupid Love and In Your Eyes are both good (the former is way overhated), but I prefer a lot more from their albums. Better Than This was alright too.

 

Supernova is very fun!

20. Georgia - 24 Hours

 

If you don't know this song, please check it out. So so so good. The chorus!!

 

19. Lady Gaga & Elton John - Sine From Above

 

I know this also gets a lot of hate, but I don't get it. I had chills when I first heard it. The melody is extraordinary and the outro is to die for.

 

18. Jessie Ware - What's Your Pleasure 

 

Flawless song. Melody, vocals, lyrics, production. So sexy.

 

17. Dua Lipa - Hallucinate

 

Just one of the many Future Nostalgia highlights. I live for the sound, reminds me of older Kylie eras.

 

16. Miley Cyrus ft. Billy Idol - Night Crawling

 

The biggest surprise for me when the album dropped. It's perfect. Sounds straight out of the 80s and this is definitely one of my favorite styles.

the billie idol track is waaaay better than i expected, and better than the joan track.  

 

wyp is flawless, my fave from the album.

 

24 hours is a bop.

 

tbh, sine from above got old for me as the album went on BUT the outro is still great.

24 Hours and Night Crawlin' are nice :party: Hallucinate :sats: WYP? is obviously excellent. OMG we love to see Sine from Above appreciation :clap3: I wasn't sure how to feel about it during my first Chromatica listen but it hit me so hard when I came back the 2nd time around, so so good.

I don't know how anyone couldn't stan her. Honestly I won't be buying a ticket but at least I've given her some coins through CD sales + I got a shirt last year :lakitu:
