No - it's purely album sales from December 2008 to November 2009. 

 

I don't think "The Fame" had a mega big sales week as it debuted at #17 and kind of slowly climbed up the charts. Its longevity helped it more.

The way Britney's singles were tanking on the charts but her albums always ranked in the top each year is very impressive. :jonny5:

 

There were a lot of great pop girls albums and songs that smashed that decade. I would love to see a comparison between 2000's vs 2010's to see which was better. :lakitu:
