Kevin2803 Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Natalie Don't & Daisies HTBL was okay-ish, but kinda underwhelming. Tonight was cute, i guess. Romance was good, but i prefer her debut album. And Mandy's album wasn't for me.
KasioKas Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Natalie Don't & Daisies are lovely & to answer your question, yes the Tori xmas album is great too, vocals on vocals. Her new original '25th' is very cute too, and earworm imo!
Wicked Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 I'm surprised that Rita Ora is still releasing music... Thought she retired.
DoctorIce Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 0.9/11 is very overrated but the video, she did that.
Blue Rose Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Imploding The Mirage and Daisies are my faves from the album. Talent only.
BlackoutZone Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Natalie Don't perfection honestly. I liked Daisies, but dropped it so quickly
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted December 12, 2020 ATRL Moderator Posted December 12, 2020 ok this is the one i have to pan (not really lol) because i was a huge bikini ****/daisies hater but, of course, you have natalie dont which makes up for it, def her 2nd best song (best is still shh) i should check out the killers album, because i actually was friendly to their last one.
Post Malone Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Strong update! Romance making a list for once How To Be Lonely and Tonight bops Natalie Don't great too Daisies one of the best on Smile idc Bikini **** cute, her other droplets better end up higher though
Remmy Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Daisies never hit me, unfortunately Natalie Don't bops, wish I got into it (and RAYE in general) earlier. Bikini P*rn is good, yesss to Tonight being here Agree with it lowkey aging badly, early on I thought it'd easily hold a spot in my top 20 singles but that won't be the case. Imploding the Mirage Definitely their best album, glad to see it on more lists. How did Caution miss your highlights though???
Sunderland 4ever Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 First Alanis and now Mandy Moore. Where had they been all this time?
Green Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Daisies was cute. Imploding The Mirage, Romance
TheWayWeWere Posted December 12, 2020 Author Posted December 12, 2020 TOP 50 ALBUMS 35 Noah Cyrus | THE END OF EVERYTHING EP "Don't wanna be young and sad another day longer" Well, moonface made some points with her EP this year. Her new country/acoustic guitar driven sound suits her so well! We don't need another try-hard Miley/urban image/sound, girl! We need more Lonely, Jesus, July Young & Sad is basically a hit that got away. highlights: Lonely, Young & Sad, The End of Everything 34 Katy Perry | Smile "Just because it's over doesn't mean it's really over" This album should be called Teary Eyes, because I couldn't stop crying while listening this messiness. What the hell, Katheryn? Why you decided to drop this trash after series of great singles last years (NRO, Harleys and 365 looking at you)? Where the **** is the direction? Why there's bunch of random songs you decided to put together? Why some of them sounds like poptrash from early 00s? Why on earth you decided to put ****ing clownface on the cover? Her career decisions just makes me mad She's still not really over, there's still a chance with cute jams like Tucked or Champagne Problems, but I just need to forget this atrocious mess. And the fact that it aged already even tho it was released like half of the year ago highlights: Tucked, Champagne Problems, Never Really Over, Only Love, Harleys in Hawaii 33 Hayley Williams | Petals for Armor "No matter how deep I go into you it looks like the water is crystal clear" So this was the reason you decided to disband Paramore, bitch? While Simmer/Leave It Alone was promising at least, everything else, starting with album/EPs rollout and bland boring fillers all over first two parts, are just.. welp At least I tried to heard something there, as you can see in its high position highlights: Pure Love, Sugar on the Rim, Watch Me While I Bloom, Leave It Alone TOP 100 SINGLES 70 Zara Larsson | Love Me Land "How dare you have lips like that?" A ****ing banger! I would never expect myself to love Zara' song in 2020, but here I am lost in love me land Amazing song, fabolous music video, interesting melody. I hate that it flops hard 69 Dixie Chicks | Sleep At Night "How do you tell those lies?" This is so ****ing catchy, but still so Dixie Chicks at the same time. Touching lyrics with amazing pop production by Jack Antonoff One of the biggest standouts from last album. 68 Grimes | 4ÆM "You're gonna get sick, you don't know when" Not my instant favorite from album at first, I grew up to LOVE this. This hits so hard. Kinda little sister to the masterpiece Kill V Maim. I'm in love with Bollywood vibes here. 67 Alicia Keys | Love Looks Better "All I ever wanted was a dollar and a chance" Classic Alicia song. Nice message and this is probably her best 'No One' clone since like forever 66 Ariana Grande | 34+35 "Can you stay up all night? F*ck me 'til the daylight" Okay, this is such a fun sexy bop, so I fell in love with it. I know the lyrics is messy and its too short, but if you're not taking it seriously it's such an addictive pop jam. 65 HAIM | The Steps "Why you don't understand me, baby?" There's no way HAIM song with a name 'Steps' could've been bad. Angry, screamy, rock-driven jam just can't leave you indifferent. I'm so glad it get recognition by Grammys. as always, love & kisses.mp3 to everyone Spoiler 22 minutes ago, Valtersen said: daisies was actually cute 54 minutes ago, Green said: Daisies was cute. Kevin2803 Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Love Me Land should've been a worldwide smash 34+35 is cute Smile is a good pop album, but it's true that some songs kinda aged already.
Psycho Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Smile + Petals both cute Love Me Land and The Steps excellent
JGibson Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Sleep At Night + Love Looks Better + The Steps
Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Yes Mandy Moore getting another acclaim on ATRL best of lists She really deserves so much better in this album Imploding The Mirage & Petals for Armor made it into the list Natalie Don't, Daisies, Love Me Land & Sleep at Night are hits Grimes channeling her inner-Rosalía on steroid on 4aem. We love to hear it
TalkThatRihanna Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Romance is a great album and LOVE seeing Rita here
Remmy Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Maybe I should check Noah's EP. She had my interest back when she was "getting ready to release" her "debut album" "NC-17" but then lost it once she changed her sound. Smile is mostly good, a bit overhated. Petals for Armor ended up disappointing plenty of Hayley/Paramore fans... luckily I can't say I'm one of them! Pure Love + Sugar On the Rim getting some love and your Katy top 5 is pretty spot on! || Love Me Land We're gonna pretend a certain math problem isn't there hehe
ATRL Moderator Legend E Posted December 12, 2020 ATRL Moderator Posted December 12, 2020 let's see smile is good, people hate it too much, like why do you even expect katy to make anything deep (even though she has that capacity, see the one that got away!) petals for armor is too low. i also thought the rollout was a mess with the eps and stuff sleep at night, love looks better
Blue Rose Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Petals For Armor is excellent. I just hated that it was unnecessarily long. 4 ÆM is a bop
