Now they need to remove website sales for songs. I don't know why they continue letting that fraud slip

What's the tea with those?

shows just how good the bundle change was

Tour bundles could still count if “opt in” but with this pandemic nobody has took the chance to test that out

Check the stats of this week's #1 on Hot 100

#400 Apple Music

#78 Spotify

#24 iTunes

N/A Radio

Yet it's #1 thanks to unverifiable website sales. Billboard keeps allowing those sales and we keep getting more and more fake #1s.

Aren't these like really good numbers considering the new rules and him not having a hit? Haven't listened to the album yet but I was so sure it was gonna get 70k max. It felt like there was NO hype whatsoever

Wait what? That's insane. Where are the 'sales' even coming from?

From the same 2/3k fans who keep buying the songs over and over, week after week (well documented, that's how they made Dynamite a multi-week #1 too). They can track the total sales from those websites, but not unique sales like iTunes, so their fans keep abusing the system. Either way, the weight of the sales should be lowered towards the Hot 100 formula. 100k sales and N/A on everything else shouldn't be enough for a #1.

The Deezer and Amazon streams coming through

No but seriously um, that's looking very suspicious :rip:

Wow, that's truly crazy. As much as I want to keep sales alive, I agree that something needs to change in order to halt this kind of corruption from allowing songs to top the charts unfairly

Who is Wonder? Life Goes On was #400 most popular song on AM for the week (not right now)

The 182k was aided by tour bundles so it would've most defintetely been closer to the 95k figure without it. His second album had them too I think, but to a lower scale as he wasn't a touring force just yet.

He had both tour and merch bundles. The tour tickets went on sale an entire year before it began.
