For some reason that was the song I mostly kept coming back to. I think it was the hunting piano intro and the brass that did it for me. Madame X was really such a return to form. Ahh.. Extreme Occident, Batuka, IDSIF, Dark Ballet, God Control, Faz Gostoso, LFM... :flame:

Hallelujah being the top song of the year :worship:

HAIM really did a great job with their album

Your Highwomen song was my top pick from their album too!

Andrew Bird, The Tallest Man on Earth, HAIM, Lana and Caroline's picks are also great.

will you be giving us an official ranking, or just revealing the songs based on category? im liking this format regardless.

i dont know the last song, but i LOOOOOOOOOOOVE the first two, been a stan of roisin for a decade and jessie won me over with this album.  i wouldn't consider murphy's law future though :tsk: its very retro.

Shallow & Always remember us this way were really great songs! Love to see them in 2019's list! :duca: So sad 2020 was not really Gaga's year :rip:

"Always Remember Us This Way" is kind of a career high for Godga - she transcended.

And LOVE to see some rightful recognition for Madonna and Quavo's "Future." So good. :jamming:
