The data is based on total audience spins and streams across iHeartRadio broadcast radio and digital stations nationwide, giving a true snapshot of what everyone is listening to in 2020. So, let’s dive into what America’s undisputed favorite songs and artists were.

Music was bigger than ever this year, and iHeartRadio’s top artist amid it all was, The Weeknd (take that Grammys). The After Hours crooner also posted the number one iHeartRadio song “Blinding Lights” with an audience of more than 2 billion in just the U.S alone!

Who was iHeartRadio’s runner up this year? That honor goes to none other than Post Malone (who also took a top spot last year) with his hit low-key single “Circles,” which racked up an audience of over 1.87 billion. Following this act to round-out iHeartRadio’s top five artists this year were three uber-talented Brits: Dua Lipa and her addicting “Don’t Start Now,” Harry Styles and love jam “Adore You” and Lewis Capaldi with his melancholy ballad “Someone You Loved.
