Tom Vercetti Posted December 22, 2020 Author Posted December 22, 2020 Hey, sorry to whoever has been waiting to finish my countdown, been super busy w/ work & other life-related things. And Carti is "supposedly" releasing a new album in a few days so I kinda want to cramp that in to see if it'll top my aoty or not before I post an albums list so I won't be updating till at least Dec 27. I will finish before the year is over though. Happy holidays everyone~
ATRL Moderator Legend E Posted December 23, 2020 ATRL Moderator Posted December 23, 2020 happy holidays
SLIME Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 I can vibe with this schedule. Yeah Carti is messing everything up for some people. Happy holidays to the crew also

Morgan Wallen - 7 Summers (Country Pop, Contemporary Country) My favorite contemporary country musician and evidence that The Voice > all the other recent singing competitions. While this isn't really something I typically discuss, Morgan has one of the more emotive voices in modern country. 7 Summers was released around late summer but the sound is still pretty fitting. Fun fact, Chasin' You was my SOTY for 2019. We're together forever - that's what we're about. Always have been. Everybody.
Tom Vercetti Posted December 31, 2020 Author Posted December 31, 2020 Hey guys, i'm about mentally clocked out from 2020, but I did promise to finish this before tomorrow so i'm just gonna quickly dump my 10 favorite albums of the year. Happy New Years to all and (hopefully) it'll be a higher road from here on out. 10. Yukika - Soul Lady (K-Pop, Dance Pop) About the only relevant 2020 k-pop full length album. 9. The Weeknd - After Hours (Alternative R&B, Synthpop) STOP PAYING ATTENTION TO THE GRAMMYS. 8. Actress - 88 (IDM) Random mixtape which turned out to be his best for me. 7. Rodeoglo - BLVCKHEVRT (Trap, Cloud Rap) Soundcloud highlight of 2020. 6. Autechre - AE_Live 2016/2018 (Electronic) Legends have the best live sets. 5. Bad Bunny - YHLQMDLG (Reggaeton) Huge smash. Helped redefine the scene. 4. Sematary & Ghost Mountain - Hundred Acre Wrist Hosted by DJ Sorrow (Trap, Horrorcore, Witch House) Extremely consistent~ 3. A.G. Cook - 7G (Electronic) Very forward thinking. 2. Charli XCX - how i'm feeling now (Bubblegum Bass, Electropop) A special one. Her best forever. 1. Playboi Carti - Whole Lotta Red (Trap) AOTD so far. People will get it later on.
