Ewan Chaos Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 You checked out Pang after ATRL Grammys huh? It's so good, if you find yourself liking the album for a while she was in a band called Chairlift with awesome music too. Check out albums "Moth" and "Something" if you do! Kylie and The Weeknd are my favorite of these past few updates
Mezik Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 Kelsea only being a close call.. Happy that DISCO made it! Love the album. Ellie's, The Weeknd's & Nail's albums were all great too.
Bubble Tea Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 Disco + Smile are both full of pops. We love to see a pop queen release. 1
BlackoutZone Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 Some really good albums, your highlights from After Hours near perfect
Blue Rose Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 Pang, Disco and After Hours is the trinity of this update

Into The Void Posted December 3, 2020 Author Posted December 3, 2020 The next batch of albums continues......next
Into The Void Posted December 3, 2020 Author Posted December 3, 2020 (edited) 13. Meghan Trainor - Treat Myself Total plays: 190 The original album released Jan 2020 and a deluxe version with extra songs came out in July 2020. It is better than her first two releases and honestly has made me feel positive over the past year. Favorite tracks: Nice To Meet Ya, Funk, Workin on It', Lie To Me, Evil Twin, Make You Dance 12. Dua Lipa - Future Nostalgia Total plays: 201 Phew the dance album the gheys have been waiting for with 11 tracks of pure dance bliss. I havent played it as much as others mostly cause I listen to music mostly at night before bed lately and tend to listen to downtempo, midtempo music for calming but during drives or during the day I will blast this. Also why do people hate Good In Bed and Boys Will Be Boys? They are good songs. I like them better then some others to be honest. Favorite tracks: Future Nostalgia, Don't Start Now, Cool, Physical, Love Again, Boys Will be Boys Edited December 4, 2020 by Insanity

Into The Void Posted December 3, 2020 Author Posted December 3, 2020 (edited) 11. Troye Sivan - In A Dream Total plays: 144 While only a 7 track EP it is exactly what I wished Bloom was more like. Favorite tracks: Easy (my most played by alot), Take Yourself Home, Rager teenager!, In A Dream 10. Chloe X Halle - Ungodly Hour Total plays: 188 This purely pleasant R&B masterpiece is fantastic. I did listen to their previous album when Halle was named Ariel last year and it made me kinda bored but it wasn't until later in September that I decided to check this out and I am glad I did cause they upped their game and made me a fan. Favorite tracks: Baby Girl, Do It Busy Boy, Tipsy, Lonely, ROYL Edited December 4, 2020 by Insanity
Mezik Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 Man oh man. Ungodly Hour, Troye's EP & Dua are all FANTASTIC. The top 10 must be stacked if these are just outside.

Into The Void Posted December 3, 2020 Author Posted December 3, 2020 (edited) 9. Lady Gaga - Chromatica Total plays: 258 With it's mixed reception on ATRL, one may think this was panned but critically her highest scoring album. Honestly coming from Joanne this is what fans wanted, dance pop. That is what Gaga delivered. While many think it sounds dated, maybe it does, but maybe its sound is what the future will bring? All in all it is an enjoyable album that is going to make you want to get up and dance Favorite tracks: Alice, Rain on Me, Free Woman, 911, Sour Candy, Enigma, Babylon, 1000 Doves 8. Miley Cyrus - Plastic Hearts Total plays: 92 Phew finally after the dud that was Younger Now, some promising tracks on She Is Coming (tbh I only liked 1 song) she releases a great record. Favorite tracks: WTF Do I Know, Angels Like You, Prisoner, Gimme What I Want, Midnight Sky, Edge of Midnight Edited December 4, 2020 by Insanity
Mezik Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 I'm so happy Miley found her groove with 'Plastic Hearts', she's always seemed so forced with everything else she's released and this album truly feels like her true, authentic self. Also I love 'Chromatica', great album.

Into The Void Posted December 4, 2020 Author Posted December 4, 2020 (edited) 7. Jessie Ware - What's Your Pleasure? Total plays: 176 I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Soul Control come up on my spotify recommendations and decided to then play the album. Had never really known much about her or heard her previous work so this was a nice new find for 2020. Maybe I will check out her other albums if anyone recommends them. Favorite tracks: Whats Your Pleasure, Soul Control, Save A Kiss, Read My Lips 6. Harry Styles - Fine Line Total plays: 268 At first I didn't know what to expect from Harry on his second project. While I liked his debut there were too many songs that underwhelmed me but Fine Line was pure gold. Favorite tracks: Golden, Watermelon Sugar, Lights Up, Adore You, Canyon Moon, Treat People With Kindness Edited December 4, 2020 by Insanity
