Remmy Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 Ungodly Hour Great set of favorites from it, too! Didn't expect them to come for my neck so hard this year, I still have bruises...
Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Yes All The Time, Save Room For Us, Never Really Over and Break My Hear made it into the list Honestly i don't like Open Arms when i first heard it but it kinda grew on me especially when i listen to it again and again for the MC30 rate nnn "Kylie has released the same lead single four times in a row" excuse me girl? delete this avkjsfka Screaming at Whitney's 1998's album on this list But it is her best album since Whitney. Good News, Ungodly Hour, Caution and Disco also made it into the list
Bubble Tea Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 "Never Really Over" is so god damn good! Katy snapped. Smile album is so different through.

T.O.A.D.S. Posted December 21, 2020 Author Posted December 21, 2020 TOP 20 SONGS OF 2020 [10-06] The list so far... Spoiler 20. Ava Max - “Kings & Queens” 19. Zara Larsson - “All The Time” 18. Meghan Trainor feat. Nicki Minaj - “Nice to Meet Ya” 17. Halsey - “You should be sad” 16. Tinashe feat. MAKJ - “Save Room For Us” 15. Mariah Carey - "Open Arms" 14. Kylie Minogue - "Say Something" 13. Katy Perry - "Never Really Over" 12. Dua Lipa - "Break My Heart" 11. Little Mix - "Happiness" 10. Lady Gaga - "911" WHEW CHILE!! Okay so when I first listened to Chromatica I was a little underwhelmed but this song (along with Plastic Doll) stood out to be because they sound so... The Fame/2008-2009 and it gave me all the feels. I love the production, her robot-like vocals which are serving Alpha 5 from Power Rangers tease AND the lyrics. I think this may even be one of Gags ha best written sings ever! 9. Zara Larsson - "Love Me Land" Never in a million years did I think I'd have not one but TWO Zara Larsson songs in my "Best Of..." list but 2020 has been strange AF and here we are. Zara gave us an immaculate bop and it's a shame the gays and the GP ignored it. I can't get enough of it. 8. Katy Perry - "Smile" #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile #Justice4Smile 7. Little Mix - "Sweet Melody" Where to begin?! They almost lost me with Holiday and I wasn't into Break Up Song either but THIS is exactly what I wanted from them. A dark, sexy bop that manages to sound completely out of this world but also reminds me of the late 90s/early 00s and the reggaeton influences are fabulous. The video is a serve and I am completely obsessed. I want them to serve this style, aesthetic and sound more! Gimme More.mp3 (SPOILER: There's one more Little Mix song in the top 10, can you guess what it is?) 6. Katy Perry - "Daisies" Such a cute lil song. It's not what I would have chosen as the psuedo-lead single but it's very sweet and the American Idol performance was probably her best since the Super Bowl. Tomorrow I will post #15-#11 from the Top 20 Albums of 2020 list! Stay tuned!
Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Love Me Land, Sweet Melody, 911 their impact Daisies is such a nice song and i actually not mad that she chose it the new lead single. Big Pop Katy may be the ATRLers favorite but the tone down mid-tempo Katy is a mood
Kevin2803 Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Zara served MPG with Love Me Land Sweet Melody is such a bop. Little Mix did THAT.
Remmy Posted December 22, 2020 Posted December 22, 2020 Daisies and Smile are in my bottom 3 from the album Both could've been stronger (but Resilient is the worst track.) Love Me Land 911 yup yup an amazing one Even though it has aged a tiny bit for me
TheWayWeWere Posted December 22, 2020 Posted December 22, 2020 Daisies was such a nice gem, Smile (song) can't relate Love Me Land SHOULD'VE BEEN A HIT the music video alone!!! 911
Natawie Posted December 22, 2020 Posted December 22, 2020 Didn't expect to see Daisies Smile didn't deserve to make it Love Me Land

Remmy Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 Oop at 3 Ariana releases in a row For me it's: Stronger half of Sweetener >> t,un >>>> Positions >> Weaker half of Sweetener. TREAT MYSELF was alright, not a lot of amazing tracks to return to... my hair, positions, NASA, God is a woman, breathin, Evil Twin, Genetics in your faves
TheWayWeWere Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 3 Ari albums back to back right in order tho Sweetener remains her magnum opus
