I wasnt a huge fan of Troye's recent stuff especially considering he's not dropping an album for another two years I bet but i still love the inclusion I didn't like the new stuff either. I think he would rank higher if we had the same quality as Bloom. 20 hours ago, Blue Rose said: Tove Lo Grimes Rina Rina was my best discovery of the year I guess 17 hours ago, K$Ellie said: Tove so high love her discography even if her recent releases haven't been quite as good Taylor slayed this year, especially after how underwhelming Lover was Rina absolutely STOMPED really liked the Grimes album Allie flopped for me and Harry is massively overrated I think Hearing mixed opinions about Allie. Not gonna lie, I used to like her previous albums better, but she hasn't disappointed me yet. 15 hours ago, Mr. Loco said: Taylor + Selena I love them 14 hours ago, Legend E said: rina and harold styles tomlinson I never liked Harry, but the new stuff was really good 14 hours ago, Orfeo said: Good set Thank you Orfeo 11 hours ago, potent said: Joan and Harry we stan Joan's EP was different than I was expecting, almost boyband-ish but in a good way (some tracks remind me of BSB) I've been listening to Joan's stuff for a while without realizing who they were. I ended up having most of their singles reaching top 5 on my charts. Now I realize how good they are. Brokenhearted reminds me A LOT of Shape of My Heart, which made me listen to BSB a lot this year too. They're great. 1 hour ago, Sunderland 4ever said: 2020 never fails to shock us, haha. Blue Rose Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 Always love seeing Kylie Minogue appreciation. Jessie Ware is my fave of the batch. She might even be in my own top10
BlackoutZone Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 Dua, Jessie and Kylie, powerful trio this year The top 2 is very interesting though
mokitsu Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 I don't know Shy Martin, but it's a cute top 10 Kesha is very high, which is interesting
perpetual novice Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 Love the graphics/formatting of this thread
Delta Posted December 4, 2020 Author Posted December 4, 2020 I had forgotten to highlight Lady Gaga's #1 spot Now it's looking good
JGibson Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 20-11: Taylor Swift + Tove Lo 10-1: Kylie + Gaga
elvenOCEAN Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 Great design, as per usual! Babylon is arguably the best song of her career, but Gaga did not deserve the first spot, I'll leave it at that.
Remmy Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 Never paid attention to The Knocks before but they did deliver a BIG knock with MUNA and a smaller one with Foster the People HAIM's album was mostly enjoyable. Halsey, Selena, Khalid, Weeknd, Jessie, Ariana Niall + PVRIS Tove, Rina, Harry, Dua King Troye and queens Allie/Taylor/Kesha/Gaga joan was one of my favorite discoveries of the year, both of their EPs scalped me Solid list overall! Ready to see more
potent Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 Lady Gaga #1, interesting Kylie, Jessie, Dua, and Abel getting mentions Jessie should've made the top 5 though
Ewan Chaos Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 Ooh who is this Shy Martin? Tell about them, should we check her out? Otherwise, I like the top 10 except the Maxipad lady!
Sunderland 4ever Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 Hooray, the three artists with my favorite disco/dance albums of the year happen to be on your Top 10. A huuuuge thumbs up for that.
Mezik Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 Your top four is honestly gay perfection, and Dua + Doja + Weeknd all in the top ten.. I must stan.
DoctorIce Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 Bombay Bicycle Club, there's a blast from the past. Love this point system/formatting. As a Gaga stan I don't think she deserves the #1 of anything this year, frankly. The good half of Chromatica slaps though so I can see why she collected those points.

I don't think Gaga had ever gotten any #1 spot on my previous "Best Of" lists. I got too obsessed over Rain on Me and Chromatica overall. Ignored her a lot during the BTW era and the last time I paid attention to her was with Art Pop (and a bit with Shallow).

I'm just bitter that she's been so elusive this year. Topping your chart will only encourage her laziness.

I should say though that she's been doing really well on my charts and year end lists consistently since 2012 (actually since she collaborated with SBTRKT in 2010/2011-ish). She is great and I lover her music
