Started out on #TeamLevitating but eventually switched  They're nearly on the same level for me though.

I was underwhelmed when listening for the first time but it quickly grew on me. "This house is on fire (WOO!)" alone was stuck in my head for so long.

 - Yeah it could've used a few cuts, just like Lover. I'd even say the same for evermore, which has 2 weak songs at the moment.

Right now I think it's nearly on the same level as folklore, but I still prefer its sister. closure is probably my least favorite Taylor song ever & cowboy like me doesn't do much for me. There's a nice amount of highlights.

Yeah that's understandable It's still a bop though! And sitting right outside of my PH top 5.

 

Sorry for being an unbiased stan!!! My bottom 2 simply brought its score down

And if Carly releases next year then it might be higher than folklore's Side B

Thoughts~ I've been a pretty casual fan of The Killers for well over a decade, but I've kinda had a hard time enjoying a full album of theirs

(well, except for 2010's Battle Born). Then this year they dropped the incredible "Caution" and knocked it out of the park with everything

else! Imploding the Mirage is insanely anthemic and has a power pop/arena rock sound that I really love.

Thoughts~ Got into COIN early this year and their discography is really nice. The first 2 albums were full of Summer-ready bops that

would've blown up during the Tumblr era while Dreamland is a little more grounded and modern. The first half of this is especially

strong. Plenty of tracks sound like they could've been on a coming-of-age movie's soundtrack, and we love that!

discography is so strong. I will never hate a Gaga album, it's just not realistic! Chromatica is a fun time and only fun haters

will not enjoy it - if you get it you get it, if you don't you don't! And that's that!
