the fact that this unbearable screechy rat vomit of a random noises, compiled into a 3 minute audio torturing device, is one of the most popular female songs ever just proves that humanity is just a bunch of basic bitches with worms for brain lobes... i pray for satan to release me from this pain ( before Rihanna releases R9 preferably )

damn i have no clue where to put commas in that sentence :clown:

I dont know about everyone else but i don’t always shazam songs because i want to listen to them, i sometimes shazam for other reasons. For e.g i shazamed Dance Monkey when i first heard it because i thought the artist’s voice was really peculiar and i wanted to know who they were

People wanted to know the name so they could block it from appearing on their Spotify

It's fair, the song is so catchy and I wouldn't know its name if I hear it on radio or in a party and so, I'd shazam it.

Huge smashes on the list, truly impressed by "Let Her Go", but the power of a beautiful song.

lol I must be one of the few that doesn't Shazam popular music/artists. I'm well acquainted with popular music, so by listening to the voice of who's singing, I can always tell who the artist is at least and most of the time, I know the song. My Shazam history is mainly full of lesser known songs and artists. I thought that's what people used it for but I forgot most people are quite casual about music and uses it as background fodder, hence them being unfamiliar with a lot of the song titles and/or artists of big radio hits.

We love a mega classic at #1 and with a 10m lead over #2 :clap3: another reason why ATRL is out of touch with reality.
