Because she's not with RCA anymore. So I'm sure her current team wants to focus on her Christmas songs with Atlantic. But I agree she should have not ignore UTT. It's becoming bigger and she doesn't even promote it.

No, her team is the same one she had before. Promo and stuff like that is up to her management team and they stayed the same after the label switch. (Though that might change now because of the divorce).

Yeah. Starstruck sued her first because Kelly owes them money and because they want the money Kelly makes on future seasons of The Voice & her talk-show. So she's still technical with them I think.
