ATRL acting brand new forgetting that Gaga hasn't had a hit outside the US since 2011.

 

 

ATRL also acting like the song can't impossibly rise once airplay, video and maybe promo kicks in.

But Katy had no hit in a while, her last three singles flopped. Gaga came after 4 peaking single and numerous huge promo.
