The Countess Posted November 7, 2020 Share Posted November 7, 2020 It’s not an album that was meant to be streamed and looped nonstop. Yes most of the tracks are short, but they are more r&b/easy listening, not following the hook after hook formula and upbeat tempo that a lot of songs on tun did. Yes the numbers are a little disappointing, and the album is not better than a 7.5 at best lol, but I also think other factors are to blame, considering half of the world has been watching election coverages almost nonstop (even I as a stan put the album aside most of the time) plus the aforementioned stylistic and compositional nature of the album. She's still the most streamed female on Spotify and the only female with 4 albums with over 3B streams.
