The ‘BB200 Artists of All-Time’ lists are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to calculate (formula wise), hence why the last list hasn’t been update since early last decade. 

 

Taylor Swift is, by far, in the top ten BB200 artists lists however.

As for Madonna, she could’ve been number one but that’s virtually impossible now, unless she miraculously pulls a “Believe” at 60+ years old or somehow scores several top ten hits in the future.

Didn't she surpass her last year according to Billboard? Or is that another list?
