Older pop girls had way more longevity.

I mean: Madonna, Celine, Mariah, Whitney, Janet,  Barbra, Cyndi, Aretha,  Olivia, Tina, Cher, Diana, Shania, J Lo,  Dolly, Gwen, Fergie, P!nk... even Kylie who is almost unknown in the US... all of them managed to get multi-weeks solo Top 10’s in their 30’s/40’s or even 50’s in Cher’s case.

the specificity of this achievement :rip:

Older pop girls were slaying in the top 10s at their 30s-50s.

The only thing I can get from this is that Taylor is the only one among her contemporaries to last long into her thirties.. which ofc is still pending since you have Rih, Adele who has yet to release something in their thirties.

I can't quite get over how unattractive the OP is, let alone the ridiculousness of the content. :skull: What the hell are those misshapen, mis-sized covers? :toofunny3:

Out of curiosity, here are their last solo pop T10s:

Kelly: Stronger (29)

Britney: I Wanna Go (29)

Lizzo: Truth Hurts (29)

Taylor: You Need to Calm Down (29)

Katy: Birthday (29)

Rihanna: Love on the Brain (28)

Adele: Send My Love (28)

Gaga: Applause (27)

Beyonce: Sweet Dreams (27)

Alicia: No One (26)

Avril: What the Hell (26)

Carly: Call Me Maybe (25)

Christina: Hurt (25)

Carrie: Before He Cheats (23)

Leona: Better in Time (22)

Ashanti: Rock Wit U (22)

Monica: Angel of Mine (18)

Fantasia: n/a

And...Kesha: Praying (30!) after a 4-year gap. I suspect it's a bit of a one-off though, as woman was #33, raising hell #24.

Looks like pop radio likes to drop these ladies when their digit changes just like the rest of America.

Ugh such a shame Work Bitch didn’t hit top 10 :rip:

Digital sales: #6

Streaming: #10

If radio had supported it a bit more or if they had released the video first week :jonny2:

The way the OP looks like it was copied and pasted from a UKMIX thread from 2006.
