Movies That Didn't Live Up To Your Expectations?

Frozen 2 for me. Part 1 was so good, but they really fumbled part 2, it was too abstract and rushed in some places, much of it did not make sense. I felt like the movie needed an extra 20 minutes to flesh things out more. Also, all the songs completely sucked and had nothing on the  stronger pieces of part 1.

In before the gays write the Marvel movi....oh I'm too late huh?

I'll go with recent on this:

Glass

Mother!

It Chapter 2 ( better than the miniseries it was too long and and had the same type of climax failing as the miniseries)

Lego Movie 2

The Curse of La Llorna

I agree 100% with this.

I truly enjoyed Avengers: Infinity War, but Endgame was a mess. The writing was horrible.

The Dead Don’t Die. I had so much high hopes from Jim Jarmusch. The cast was amazing, if only I could say the same for the story and writing.

Have to disagree with this one. I only watched the first one once, right before the sequel came out and i did like it, but i loved the sequel so much more. I also prefer the songs of the second movie. Into the Unknown -----> Let It Flop

La la land was a huge disappointment.

Green Book as well.

Us was mediocre.

I wasn't that hyped about The Greatest Showman to begin with but it was definitely a letdown nonetheless. Finding out about the reality of what actually happened was truly disturbing.

1917

I thought it would the saving private ryan of this generation but it turned out to be a boring emotionless gimmicky film only good for movie nerds who are invested in technical achievements, everything from character development, story and entertainment were sacrificed for the one-shot style, it had nothing else going on for it

That gay movie all about Harry. ATRL praised it so much I decided to watch but ultimately it was too generic.
