What ? :skull:

South Carolina:
Senators - 0/2
Representatives - 2/7

Iowa:
Senators - 0/2
Representatives - 3/4

New Hampshire:
Senators - 2/2
Representatives - 2/2

Nevada:

Senators - 2/2

Representatives - 3/4

South Carolina is "redder" than both Iowa and New Hampshire in every branch of government, which is why a Democratic presidential candidate hasn't won the state in like 40 years. :skull:

:ace:

I am talking about The house. I specified it. That's how those delegates were chosen cause Dems controlled the house for 3 decades and the house controls the budget. Thebudget controls everything.

First, you know very well that SC was gerrymandered to death in 2010 based on race. But I see you have no problem exploiting the war on black voting rights against us. They grouped all black in the weirdest shapeed districts in order to keep us from having too much power brcause we have been sending too many democrats to congress for too long.

Honey, still those 2 seats in SC will stay blue no matter if it's a Reagan year or an Obama year. They are loyal Dems that will keep sending Dems to the house.

Those NH & IA seats are as reliable as a Kardashian. They will go back to sending republicans in congress in 2022. Smh :eatpopcorn:

It's a fallacy to assume that those voters in SC wouldn't have voted the same way in the general election if anyone other than Biden were the nominee.

That s a straw man fallacy.

When I talked about Biden winning swing voters, I explicitly named: White with No College degrees & Suburbans.

Not southern black.

Southern blacks are important for congress. That is a different point.

Because the Democrats will continue to fail honest, hard-working Americans who are struggling in the midst of a pandemic by letting them drown in homelessness that was never their fault. They've been virtue-signalling this to their donors (who are basically set to reap all of the profits and rape and pillage the working class when this is over) from the very beginning with the HEROES Act.

The Red Wave crashing down on Biden in 2022 is going to be ****ing hilarious to watch. Can't wait for the Republican house to impeach him as revenge over Burisma as soon as they get the chance. :bibliahh:

As for this one, White with No College Degree would have been solid Trump voters in a normal non-COVID election, no matter how much courting they would have gotten from moderate Republican Joe Biden. Suburbanites are the fickle PMCs who were constantly floating around from Kamala to Pete to Warren with no real loyalty whatsoever. The ones who weren't successfully scared into voting for Trump to protect their white neighborhoods from being more ethnically diverse? Would also be vote blue no matter who, AKA Blue MAGAs.

Believing in the politically illiterate myth that independents are ideologically moderate...

Suddenly everything makes sense. :skull:

Nice try!

I know very well in 2012 Obama lost independents but won moderates.

You re the one who were talking about independents as a monolithic group.

I'm the one who made the difference between the *socialist/green/radical independents.

* The moderate independents.

And there are also the "former republican" independents nowadays. ( Many left in 2006 after IraqFail/Katrina combo. Many more left in 2018)

Biden beat out Sanders 2 out of the 3.

And those are the 2 that might actually vote republican in a general.

No, it's because young voters are lazy and don't care about voting unless they feel threatened. They just don't do midterms. They barely showed up for Bernie in the primary.

Biden has cut Trump s lead on White men without a college degree by 20points. From +30 in 2016 to +10 in 2020. That matters in MI & PA & WI. Maybe that's why he s doing so well and Trump s campaign pulled out of MI. Nah ? :michael:

Suburban were fickle in the primary cause they did not care as much about the details of the policy. Their #1 focus was to beat Trump so they hopped on whoever had the best news cycle during the primary.

But make no mistake. Their #1 and most vital goal is to get Trump out. At this point, they'd vote a functional dog catcher with a D to it's name over Trump.

If young voters are lazy, but aren't planning to vote for Biden this time because he's not Bernie... but Biden's expected to win without them anyway, then what does it matter? Why are "entitled, lazy young voters" demonized for not voting when it's been made clear that their voices are neither needed nor wanted?

South Carolina, 1st Congressional District:

GOP Control: 1981 - 2018
Democrat Control: 2019 - Present

The black population of SC is actually split across the 6 other congressional districts largely evenly, with every district ranging from 20-28% black. The districts with the 2nd-highest and 3rd-highest black populations are actually represented Republicans. The only historically Democratic district is Jim Clyburn's.

Again, South Carolina is one of the most conservative states, holds one of the most Republican legislatures, holds no actual party infrastructure within the state for Democrats, and will never be won by a Democrat. Black conservatives are still conservatives.

I don't care if young people don't vote this cycle. Biden can win without them cause Trump pissed off everybody else anyway.

They are not demonized. We just don't care to waist our time. They could not even bother to show up for Bernie and he was offering them free healthcare, free education, student loan forgiveness & legal marijuana.

Young people deserves 💯 of the policies they get in this country. When they start voting, then people will start caring about what they want.

Pendulum

I'm not American but I can speak out against this. My second cousin is currently in prison for dealing cocaine and he and the other inmates are terrorized daily, made to build some buildings in the outskirts of town. He got inguinal hernia unofortunately. None of the prison staff cared for him and apparently the staff had called a doctor WEEKS after his hernia appeared.

I'm not very close with him but this is tragic and wrong.

Gross. You know what you're getting with Republicans but you just don't know what you'll get with a Democrat.

:ahh:  these meaningless 4chan talking points

Imagine a German going to the polls in 1933. "You know what you're getting with Hitler, but you just don't know what you'll get with Otto Wels!"

I think the labor is fine if they would be able to make money from this to use when they'd get released in the future, even if it's below minimum wage, it's something that they can amount

I'm a little confused. So prisons are held at a certain capacity and a certain amount are released early because of low risk? I thought they had to be paroled which is done in a trial. Etc etc etc

They just let them out like that?

Imo, I suppose Trump supporters would keep supporting Trump if he did that because they love him too much. But Biden supporters? Not because they love Biden but because they HATE Trump.

If the Republican was a reasonable/sane Republican more like Romney and less like Trump, it would be MUCH harder for Biden to gain people's support cuz at that point, lines like "Trump bad!" wouldn't be enough

It's kinda like what ClashAndBurn said, emphasis on "based on popularity". Being viewed as the lesser of 2 evils doesn't make one popular. Trump may have far more haters than Biden, but he has far more passionate supporters too. If there wasn't a pandemic going on rn (and Trump handling it terribly), "Trump bad" may not have been enough to inspire people to get out and win the electoral college - a Hillary tea. The standards have been lowered

:hughard:

I’m not one to ever outrightly defend Biden, from the get go my cringe level at him even attempting to deliver a coherent sentence was at an all time high. But as you said, we’re in a situation where we don’t have MUCH of a choice. It’s either we pick the one that we know what he’s capable of and has consistently proven to be an absolute idiot, DANGEROUS idiot at that, vs. someone we know is able to show that he’s human and has partially done the job before. Hate him, curse him out, call him an idiot, but please please PLEASE vote for him and not the dictator. Our livelihood depends on it :emofish:
