Christina Aguilera got her biggest hit "Moves Like Jagger" which sold 20M digital sales 13 years into her career. Is she the only MPG to score her biggest hit so far into her career?

Even if that was true, that hasn't been 13 or more years.

Mh I wasn't referring to the very old MPGs like Cher, Streisand, etc..

I think only P!nk is close, her biggest was released 10 years into her career+

Beyoncé's biggest hit was her solo debut, aka Crazy In Love.

Right? Otherwise, it's such a specific achievement :bibliahh: "____ is the only person ever whose biggest hit was released 13 years, 2 months, and 2 days after they debuted" :bibliahh:

3) Janet Jackson.

4) Cher.

5) Mariah Carey.

P!nk's would be 13 years too tbh, 2000 to JGMAR in 2013

Technically longer if you count her 90s girl group like the Beyonce fan has :cm:

So then what’s the point of the thread?

People have provided you with specific examples regardless of time or era. :rip:

Rihanna coming for her second biggest hit, or possibly her biggest this decade...

15 years after her debut.

Mariah Carey’s “WBT” teas.

Mariah's biggest hit is All I Want For Christmas Is You not WBT :rip:

And I don't personally know the hits from old pop girls... charts back then were very different from now and so was music consumption.

Madonna had Hung Up 23 years into her career. It spent 14 weeks at #1 WW and broke the Guinness Book of World Records.

So now the criteria’s “Is Xtina the only MPG under 50 to have her biggest hit exactly 13 years into her recording career?” :deadbanana4:

I'm not sure it's her biggest hit. This is why I'm not taking in consideration old MPGs because there were very few charts in the 70s/80s... I don't think Hung Up is bigger than Like A Virgin, Like A Prayer, Vogue and even La Isla Bonita.

There were very few charts in the 70s/80s. It's almost impossible to compare songs from different eras.

According to the Billboard charts and chart-wise, overall, “WBT” is her biggest (solo) hit released from a general studio album.

”AIWFCIY” may be her most famous song however it is an Xmas jingle that continued to grow in heavy popularity over two decades before finally reaching its chart peak.

It’s the same case with Aretha Franklin:

1987’s ”I Knew You Were Waiting For Me” is her biggest hit, chart wise, however that song doesn’t come close to the cultural significance and popularity of “Respect”.
