The radio numbers this week are a little higher than expected based on the billboard article. But it was a very small increase.

 

For example last week Blinding lights' radio number was 51% of the mediabase number (74.3 million) and this week the radio number is 48% of the mediabase number (76.8 million)

For me it's Sunflower that deserved it. His best song, and it would definitely hold the Top 10 record by a large margin if radio didn't undersupport it for whatever reason.

It's actually not 100% clear. After examining how these types of things play out, my hypothesis is it's probably the bundled digital copy that counts for the week you make the purchase, assuming there is one in your specific case.
