OMGGGGG love the title! :jonny:

Wait so Sixteen, Close To Me, Hate Me and Flux aren't on the album? :soda: :soda:

Flux is. At least if she sticks to the initial plan.

I though that Flux and Sixteen were on the first side and Close to Me, Hate and WAM were the second side - or has that changed?

I fully believe if Ellie were creatively free, she'd be one of most consistent pop artists quality wise. If two halves was the compromise she had to make to at least have some, i'm okay with that.

This is another amazing song with Halcyon vibes. I'm ready to go back to stanning.

"All this time I felt completed, all this time I felt I needed you by my side, even though we fight and fight again

The nights with you were so disarming, taking all my weapons from me, I found myself paralyzed with you"

Are we getting a pre-order on Friday with a new song? I sure hope so.

Also, Ellie, please deliver 3:30+ songs for the most part.

The title's very "will this do?" and boring, but anyway, about time it was released.

The title sounds interesting!

Is she keeping only one song on the album from all of the songs she released recently?? I hope, cause I'm not a fan of them.

Cautiously optimistic, I just hope we get some good SOLO pop songs with a little flare like Starry Eyed, Lights, Only You, Don’t Need Nobody, Lost and Found, etc on this album :dancehall:  I am going to kinda hate this album if it’s just a mix of sellout pop collabs and slow ballads

Is it really so hard to put out an album of songs in a similar vein to that snippet? What are her team thinking with all the trash prior to it (sans Flux). Make it make sense.

They where thinking Radio over Quality. Probably forced her to pursue that sound. And the double album was a compromise

BlackoutZone

Side 1:
1. Start (feat. Serpentwithfeet)
2. Power
3. How Deep Is Too Deep
4. Cyan
5. Love I'm Given
6. New Heights
7. Ode To Myself
8. Woman
9. Tides
10. Wine Drunk
11. Bleach
12. Flux
13. Brightest Blue

Side 2:
1. Overture
2. Worry About Me (feat. blackbear)
3. Slow Grenade (feat. Lauv)
4. Close To Me (with Diplo & Swae Lee)
5. Hate Me (with Juice WRLD)

Side A dominates in slow tempo/mid tempo tracks, but they are really good, she chose rather best songs with Love I'm Given being my absolute fave :heart2: Side B sucks from start to finish, Lauv on Slow Granade is atrocious, he should have kept it for his own album. Most of the album is done by Joe Kearns who is also an executive producer.

Oh my god, side 2 having only 5 songs? THANK GOD, I’M EXCITED AGAIN! I’m actually shaking :jonny:
