Dibbles Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 we need to buy these advantages with the entire team, or is it something you can do by yourself

The ones that say players only can be bought as an individual with individual money. You do not have any individual money yet. Edited April 19, 2017 by Rihlana

Round 2 should be up within the next 24 hours (I'd say within 20 - 22 hours, maybe earlier). Until then, enjoy The Mess Hall, scope everybody out and chill for a while.

Rihlana Posted April 20, 2017 Author Posted April 20, 2017 (edited) WELCOME BACK TO THE CHALLENGE ZONE FOR ROUND 2 Here we are with Round 2. The game was rocked by the first double elimination seeing both PinkBox and Dr. Luke leaving us. It is now time to reconvene with your teams and put your masterful minds to use. The Foxes are two men down. Can they redeem themselves with a win this round? ROUND 2 – MASTERMIND Based on the famous board game, teams will be asked to crack a 4-digit code made up of numbers from 0 - 9. This relatively simple game will test your wit, patience and luck. To add a little spice to this otherwise innocent game, teams will be required to post their 4th and 7th guesses IN THE THREAD. Now, these guesses may be your actual guesses, or they may be lies. Actual guesses will help you on your quest to find the code, but it may also help the other team. But fake guesses, whilst not necessarily helping you, may confuse the other team into changing their code, believing you are narrowing in on specific numbers. You may submit up to 11 guesses. In each guess, I will tell you if the number is 1. Correct and in the correct spot 2. Correct but in the incorrect spot 3. Incorrect and not in the code Your 11th guess will be your official code and absolute last guess. Whichever team guesses the code first will win (which may be well before the 11th guess). If no team correctly guesses the code, the closest will win. Here are some examples: 1. The code is 1234 Guess: 6130 6 – INCORRECT 1 – CORRECT, WRONG POSITION 3 – CORRECT 0 – INCORRECT 2. The code is 1234 Guess: 2113 2 – CORRECT, WRONG SPOT 1 – CORRECT, WRONG SPOT 1 – INCORRECT (as there is only one 1) 3 – CORRECT, WRONG SPOT If you have any questions at all, please ask in your team's inbox. I will then post the question and the answer in this thread. Time is slightly of the essence in this game. If both teams select the same code on the same guess (e.g. both teams correctly guess on the 8th attempt), the team who guessed the code first will be the winners. The correct code will unlock the safe. Waiting inside is $20,000 Mole money for the winning team. I do not mind who gives me the guesses in your team PM. But you will need to elect two spokespeople who will be the posters of the guesses in the thread. The person who posts your 4th guess CAN NOT be the person who posts your 7th guess. Also, I advise you to have some sort of input on this week's challenge. Your place in the competition might depend on it. Deadline: April 22nd, 9PM AEST Deceive and achieve. @Navyofbadgals @K$Ellie @Diarrhoea @Queen Conchita @theycallmemaraj @Guero @Dibbles @Fenrir @Alena @Fruity @Noah @Verge of Obscene @Lazuli @rl231 @URBSKINNY @Satan @Aurora @Nasty Nas @Xedretinz Lododnz @thecptz Edited April 22, 2017 by Rihlana
Fruity Posted April 20, 2017 Posted April 20, 2017 When we post guess 4 + 7 in the thread, do you give the results of the guess publicly in the thread too? Or is it just our number that is public?

Rihlana Posted April 20, 2017 Author Posted April 20, 2017 (edited) To my absolute surprise, especially considering last round, this round is over mere hours after it begun. I stayed perched in both teams' PMs. The Foxes were extremely strategic in the way they went about this challenge, whereas The Hawks were extremely lucky with the outcomes of their guesses. The code was 2653 which one team cracked in 5 attempts. However, with a clear strategy in mind, I can confirm that the winners of this round cracking the code in only 4 attempts are... THE FOXES Congratulations. It was truly spectacular to watch you work. It was meticulous and well-thought out. You went about it exactly how I anticipated. It was also hilarious to watch you squirm. You found the code in a mere hour and waited it out to see whether your opponent's were as far along as you were. However, it almost proved fatal as The Hawks had luck on their side, knowing all but one number before the 4th attempt. Unfortunately, Hawks, this means you have lost this round and will need to complete the quiz at The Mole Hill where TWO of you will be eliminated. @Navyofbadgals @K$Ellie @Diarrhoea @Queen Conchita @theycallmemaraj @Guero @Dibbles @Fenrir @Alena @Fruity @Noah @Verge of Obscene @Lazuli @rl231 @URBSKINNY @Satan @Aurora @Nasty Nas @Xedretinz Lododnz @thecptz Edited April 20, 2017 by Rihlana
