Just compared to MJ and Madonna mania. this thread is asking if there was a time there was a “name your fave” mania. please don’t mistake it with just successful eras.

Ariana's character has actually generated tons and tons of people that are Ariana Grande lookalikes for a living, viral tik toks (Cat voice, sleeves), halloween costumes, iconic outfits with boots + hoodie + ponytail. It's just not in your face as it used to be until 2012. i wonder why tf everyone's obsessed with this exact outfit

Other than those times, I don't really recall. So no, none of my faves have experienced a mania

OT: No, there has never been a P!nk mania time, even though she's pretty much been always huge!
