Ultimately, I'm looking at if you got the general aesthetic/tone of the album cover down as well as your technical skills.

Since Mind of Mine is really simple and there’s not much going on (and neither on Lil Wayne’s cover this is based on) I realised that the ‘insight’ for both covers is just ‘young me looking like present me’ which in their cases is shown with the tattoos.
