Spain's chart is a damn mess when it comes to certifications. You won't know what songs/albums are certified if they aren't charting. It's a given that SNS is elegible for gold but I don't know where it's coming from that it's officially certified. They usually update certifications and post them on twitter but as I said, only for those songs charting. I guess the only way to know if the song is certified or not is waiting for a plaque (see No Promises).

they changed in 2017. went from 20k to 40k

I asked for confirmation from one of my sources at UK Charts and she confirmed the veracity of the certificates. In fact, I have reported this certificate to the charts account in the Netherlands and Ireland
