According to kworb it is but they stopped collecting data for old songs so it’s not 100% fact but it’s good for her and her fans

That's true, because SNS has been charting for a while in the top 200 and kworb collects only the data from the top 200.

I think "Heart Attack" is pretty eligible too since sales of the song were very consistent in 2013 and if we add streams now it should be there.
