The Japanese House - Good at Falling Favorites: "You Seemed So Happy", "Follow My Girl", "Everybody Hates Me" 17. Hibou - Halve Favorites: "Following Divide", "Silver", "Flood" The fact that I simply listened to this album because I thought the cover had pretty colors. It was a pleasant surprise though! The artist's vocals aren't at the forefront, and the production is what really shines on this album. 16. Clairo - Immunity Favorites: "Alefwife", "Bags", "Sofia" This was a cute debut album. The singles leading up to it were really nice and her EP was also one of my favorite discoveries of last year, so I was interested in hearing this. It didn't disappoint. 15. Sigrid - Sucker Punch Favorites: "Basic", "Strangers", "Never Mine" Another decent debut album. I really enjoyed Don't Feel Like Crying and the singles are certainly some of the standout tracks. There are certainly some duds in it, but I definitely enjoyed it for the most part. 14. Field Medic - Fade Into the Dawn Favorites: "Henna Tattoo", "Hello Moon", "Everyday'z 2Moro" I had never listened to any type of music that sounded like this album before, but the way these tracks hooked me was something. 13. Shura - forevher Favorites: "tommy", "flyin", "forever" Before this album, I only knew one song of her's and despite really enjoying it, I never made an effort to listen to her work. That changed with this release. Despite some unnecessarily long intros/outros, there are some beautiful tracks on here. Sucker Punch & forevher are both solid for sure Love Strangers, Never Mine and forever. tommy had to grow on me, flyin is still my least favorite. Quote no love for The Man?
