Psycho Posted December 10, 2019 Author Posted December 10, 2019 (edited) Part 2 (in alphabetical order) Ed Sheeran & Justin Bieber - I Don't Care Quote Bland, uninspired, trite, overplayed shite. What else did we expect from Ed Sh!tran and Sh!tstain B*eber Halsey - clementine Quote So boring. The decline from Nightmare.. Iggy Azalea - In My Defense (album) Quote I'm not making a Worst Albums list and this was basically the same sh*tty song over and over again anyways so I'm putting it here. Worst album of the year. Listened once and never again. Lewis Capaldi - Someone You Loved Quote People have called this the male Someone Like You... Adele, sweetie. Bland lyrics and production, most overplayed song of the year (literally hear it anytime I'm in the car ) and terrible screeching vocals. I hate this song and America for letting it go #1 Lil Dicky - Earth Quote Duh. Maroon 5 - Memories Quote More bland straight white guy trash. Their steady decline over their career.. Poppy - Choke Quote Her decline from Bubblebath EP and even the Am I A Girl? album is tragic. Taylor Swift - London Boy Quote The biggest insta-skip on the album. Cringy mess Taylor Swift - ME! (feat. Brendon Urie) Quote Hey kids, spelling is fun! Tones and I - Dance Monkey Quote Disgusting. Most payola'd song ever. The beat is fine itself but her vocals are the most tragic thing ever and ruin the song. Also the fact that she's basically a Alma x Sia x slightly Billie ripoff... glad she'll be the biggest one hit wonder ever Thoughts? Edited December 17, 2019 by Psycho
BlackoutZone Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 Massive tea apart from Choke, maybe clementine also could get a pass as an ok song
ARTPØP Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 I agree that The Git Up and Dance Monkey are some of the most horrid songs that 2019 brought.
hjelp Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 finally some (dis)taste need to confess that i've kinda loved the edgy, lowkey songs halsey has put out (the BoTS interlude, the yoü and i ripoff and clementine)
JGibson Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 Disagree with ME!, Dance Monkey, Someone You Love, I Don't Care, and Memories.
potent Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 SYL is great I agree with the others though, especially Maroon 5 and Iggy.
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted December 11, 2019 ATRL Moderator Posted December 11, 2019 excuse you, bubblebath ep is TRASH and poppy has grown IMMENSELY !!!
ATRL Moderator Tsareena Posted December 11, 2019 ATRL Moderator Posted December 11, 2019 choke ep is poppy's best work but other than that tea tea and tea

Psycho Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 (edited) #10 Madonna - Madame X Quote I was very hyped for this album as it would be the first Madonna album rollout I would be paying attention to. So when it leaked I was all over it and it was on repeat. I enjoyed the album, but by now it has slightly aged and I've realized there's a good amount of filler. The autotune and some of the production on the album are the biggest flaws. However, it's still in my top 10 because I still like it and I did listen to it a lot this year, and she's a legend. Maybe it will sound better in a few years, but for now it's no American Life. Favorites: Medellin, God Control, Crave, Faz Gostoso, I Rise, Come Alive Least Favorite: Crazy Thoughts on Madame X? Edited December 17, 2019 by Psycho
BlackoutZone Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 (edited) It's really an overhated album, but it sure feels too ambitious for Madonna's current artistry, no shade Edited December 11, 2019 by BlackoutZone
Mr. Loco Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Disagree with most of this list... Me! & I don't care are bops
Psycho Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 (edited) (#100-91) #100 Madonna - I Rise Quote A nice ballad with a powerful message, a little overhated on ATRL #99 Taylor Swift - You Need to Calm Down Quote Honestly a bop #98 Charli XCX - Silver Cross Quote This was in my like top 2 of Charli for a little bit but it kinda aged, still a bop tho x #97 Aly & AJ - Star Maps Quote A good pop song which is surprisingly about the #MeToo movement #96 Tinashe - Life's Too Short Quote A whole vibe Life's too short lil baby fall thru #95 Katy Perry - Small Talk Quote It's probably the weakest of the three singles she dropped this year but the last chorus is pop excellence. #94 Nasty Cherry - WIN Quote This wasn't gonna make my list until I watched their Netflix documentary (watch it) and it made me appreciate them more. The song is a solid Sky Ferreria'd bop #93 Kesha - Raising Hell (feat. Big Freedia) Quote Issa bop #92 Taylor Swift - I Think He Knows Quote Very Dedicated Carly'd song #91 Shura - religion (u can lay your hands on me) Quote Great production, would be higher if I listened to it more this year Thoughts? Favorites? Edited December 17, 2019 by Psycho
Psycho Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 Writeups coming later cuz I have a final to take
BlackoutZone Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 I enjoy all of these sans Taylor, Kesha and Nasty Cherry Small Talk above Star Maps? Questionable too
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted December 11, 2019 ATRL Moderator Posted December 11, 2019 Madame x slays. Glad you stan the underrated come alive. I rise is the weakest song on it though!
JGibson Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 You Need To Calm Down + Small Talk + Star Maps
potent Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Religion could have been higher though Raising Hell is cute, but yeah nothing special Madame X definitely a messy album, but there were some highlights, Crave was one of my favorite singles from her in a while!
