Getting atm into Pang, I love Door so much, but I have to play the album more.

Give a Little is awful :thing:

Door is pure excellence :alexz: Yeah, I understand that.

Huh??? There's no Maggie song that matches that description, sorry!

Lose You to Love Me is a really nice song :heart2: Mother's Daughter deserved so much better, it's such a bop :jonny4:

Broken making the list :heart2: apparently it wasn't actually a single tho :fan: gone was decent but her album sounded like a bore so yeah x

Cuz I Love You :clap3: imagine starting the album off with that and having people think it's actually gonna be good... *giggles*

X is still her best metal song for sure :-*

yaaass the wig flewT into the skinny tea sis!

It took me some time to realize it, but yes :alexz3: The ONLY bop found on SHE IS COMING :fan:

Yeah I knew about that but it was techincally a lead so I'm counting it :keir: The ONLY memorable song found on New Skin :fan:

sfdsdjf that's kinda dirty

Period pooh! YAS mama that taste is scalping my tea! Cup in orbit henny :pancake:

I remember finding Khalid's album kind of long and dull, but for some reason his singles have really grown on me lately, maybe I'll revisit it.

Talk will of course be charting high on my list though :eli:

I think if I could remake my list I'd probably put Bad in the top 100 (and Peer Pressure outside of it :eli:), but oh well.

Satellite could've been placed higher though.

I can understand that, though it doesn't match my personal experience :gaycat3: Love that :gaycat2:

Yeah those 2 should've been switched for sure. It could've been, but this year's list is pretty competitive. I feel like songs that would've made my top 50 last year are left outside of it this time around.

Kiii I just like her new stuff more than the old. When everyone was going crazy over Truth Hurts I was sitting here waiting for Soulmate to get her attention... and I STILL am.

Right :alexz:

Mother's Daughter a bit low :'( Miley served so many bops this year

NFR is the perfect opener :clap3:

and I love how Sucker Punch literally punches you with first track :jonny:

The only song I'd label as a bop is Mother's Daughter :lakitu:  Wasn't feeling the EP, didn't care about Ashley O, Slide Away did nothing for me.

Exactly x2 :alexz:

too proud is... ok i guess, i really wasnt expecting the guy to sing nn

julien ROBBED that song is literally one of the best on dedicated... cuz i love you is ok but lizzo screaming is not the way i want to be introduced into her album

sucker is such a good opener tho yes i totally forgot about that song

Sounds like you're having trouble ignoring it :fan:

She would've been higher if the song didn't take some time to grow on me

Yeah I wasn't expecting it either, I was caught off guard on my first listen :rip:

Well, you're not wrong! But that list isn't ranked on quality :lakitu: CILY is a bit of a jumpscare but it's a great intro yup yup
How can you forget about perfection??? Wow

The top 4 opening tracks are all good but NFR deserved #1 for those iconic opening lines alone.

Yeah the opening line really is legendary. It was a tough choice between the whole top 7, any of those could've won it for me. One of the hardest categories I've had to sort so far.

BEST ALBUMS || #16-13

16. King Princess 'Cheap Queen'

Trinity: 1. You Destroyed My Heart • 2. Ain't Together • 3. Hit the Back

Bottom 3: 9. Watching My Phone • 10. Tough On Myself • 11. Trust Nobody
Thoughts~ Mikaela snapped once again! This debut is pretty much on par with her 2018 EP. It's generally

chill, relaxing and sometimes depressing, but there's some spice added in that separates her from similar artists.

15. Sigrid 'Sucker Punch'

Trinity: 1. Sucker Punch • 2. Strangers • 3. Never Mine

Bottom 3: 10. Don't Feel Like Crying • 11. In Vain • 12. Level Up
Thoughts~ I was a bit underwhelmed with this at first, especially since the singles had me extra hyped, but

Sucker Punch ended up being quite a pleaser. Despite the unnecessary additions of 2-year-old tracks and the

middle section being a slight drag, I would definitely call this a solid debut overall. Sigrid is showing a ton of potential.

14. Two Door Cinema Club 'False Alarm'

Trinity: 1. So Many People • 2. Talk • 3. Satellite

Bottom 3: 7. Once • 8. Satisfacting Guaranteed • 9. Think
Thoughts~ These guys were a late discovery for me in early 2018 and I loved how they changed their sound

for 2016's Gameshow. Now for False Alarm they basically continued that style so there's not much for me to

complain about. It's short, sweet, simple and a good time.

13. Harry Styles 'Fine Line'

Trinity: 1. Lights Up • 2. Adore You • 3. Golden/Falling

Bottom 3: 10. Fine Line • 11. She • 12. To Be So Lonely
Thoughts~ This whole time I was saving a top 20 spot for Harry because I knew he'd at least make it there. :gaycat3:

I was hoping this would reach the top 10 though (note: Harry Styles was #3 in 2017.) I feel like it will get there eventually,

it's just that he is at a disadvantage with this very recent release date. Anyway, the album is amazing as expected.

Essentially: 60s/70s legends + his first album + a sprinkle of 1D + some slight experimenting = Fine Line

I should have listened to King Princess.  I dunno, I feel like I would have liked it but something is preventing me from being totally into her.

I didn't like Sigrid's album but Sucker Punch is definitely a bop.

Same Cheap Queen trinity, taste! I was really hoping that album would be good because I had high hopes. Glad she pulled thru.

Sigrid's album was cute, better than the other "kinda but not really indie girls" this year like Maggie. I LOOOOOVE In Vain though.

Ooh Two Door. My friend kept recommending them to me but oops forgot to listen.

Harry Styles's record was good! Need more time with it lol but I can respect the hustle of including it in your top 20.

Oops indeed!

Well I didn't want to exclude him from this list or have him show up on 2020's instead, so I just had to be patient and hope the album is top 20 worthy :lakitu: But from the 3 pre-release tracks, I knew it would be.

I think we have that Carly song around the same place. I would've placed Right Back higher if I had gotten into it sooner.

As for the albums I honestly don't remember False Alarm too well but it definitely wasn't as good as Tourist History (although I wasn't necessarily expecting that anyway). Sucker Punch :jamming: Still need to listen to Harry :eli:
