theblackestday Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 Fantastic and well deserved choice for AOTD The way she went from that to Dirty Computer... a moment that is least pleasing to her career. Charli was a misstep for sure, Caroline showing these girls how to do it properly
BlackoutZone Posted December 7, 2019 Author Posted December 7, 2019 (edited) #50 Kim Petras - There Will Be Blood Since Turn Off The Light, Vol. 1 dropped all I hoped for was another Close Your Eyes on Vol. 2 and Ms Petras gave me all of that with this song. #49 PVRIS - Death of Me Whooa lord when the chorus kicks... I lose it. The whole EP they dropped this year is great, but this stand out is above the rest. #48 Shura - religion (u can lay your hands on me) Shura's debut album really served so I was looking forward its follow up and though forevher didn't wreck me as much as Nothing's Real this track snapped, BKLYNLDN was close to take this spot too. #47 Ava Max - Torn I'm gay, white and I think Madonna's Hung Up is one of the best pop song of all time. No other explanation of why this bland hag is in my top #46 Alice Chater - Tonight Nothing extraordinary about this song, but it didn't stop me from playing it 200 times this year and I just gotta stan my girl Alice who I love with all my heart Edited December 7, 2019 by BlackoutZone
theblackestday Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 Religion is great, all the singles were actually! but I agree Nothing’s Real remains superior
Peroxide Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 Tonight is great. Torn is great. There Will Be Blood should be higher!
Lazuli Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 yeah forevher doesn't really come close to nothing's real, but religion is really good tho
TheWayWeWere Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 I love some Kim, but TOFL is a little bit overrated on this site Forevher feels so great at first, but kinda aged badly for me. She still so ****ing underrated
Moonlightbae Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 surprised Tonight is so low, TWBB and Torn are bops
ATRL Moderator Tsareena Posted December 7, 2019 ATRL Moderator Posted December 7, 2019 there will be blood is such a slay religion, torn ... don't remember if I listened to tonight tho
Sbbmsve Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 Honestly I live for There Will Be Blood, and Religion... Shura did THAT

Charli was a misstep for sure, Caroline showing these girls how to do it properly Oop I used to stan DC, because the singles were very solid, but now that it's said and done the album is by far her weakest. Glad it gave her some exposure again though I'm surprised with all the critics RUNNING to list it on their decade ends instead of TAA, the ATRL level of bandwagoning... 4 hours ago, theblackestday said: Religion is great, all the singles were actually! but I agree Nothing’s Real remains superior Honestly I don't remember any tracks sans the singles now, might have to revisit the album soon 4 hours ago, Peroxide said: Tonight is great. K$Ellie Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 AOTD ugh you're so right, she literally made a whole world/storyline with the album and BaBopByeYa is just... Of all albums released this decade, this is the one that should have been made into a film 57821 SOTD is fair, I don't stan it as much but it was in my top 10 of the year too bad she fell off this year There Will Be Blood, the serve religion was my fave off the album as for Alice and Ava...
potent Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 As far as PVRIS' comeback was concerned I think I listened to Hallucinations once or twice and never went back to it I still love My House but overall I just can't get into them that much. Religion though is a slayage
World Eater Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 I agrih with religion, such an uplifting track Torn was surprisingly listenable, I'll give miss Max that

Right? Imagine if she had some top tier budget, I loved the visuals of DC, but the whole album lacked the storyline TAA had Not sure what you mean by fell off, Dedicated is superb Maybe not as instant, but still top tier. BlackoutZone Posted December 8, 2019 Author Posted December 8, 2019 (edited) #45 Taylor Swift - Afterglow While Lover is far from being my favorite Taylor album I stan like 2/3 highlights and Afterglow is one of them. Though if it wasn't for me going through a break up in recent months, Taylor wouldn't appear on the list #44 Sigrid - Mine Right Now Sucker Punch is a pretty great pop record, but there are some dull tracks I always skip. Mine Right Now sure isn't one of them, what a great bop and I hope this is the direction Sigrid takes for the future releases. #43 LIZ - Mickey I'm a sucker for throwback sound of 90s bubblegum pop music and this track is a killer on that field. Catchy, sweet, so well produced, can't get enough of it. #42 Tinashe - Know Better Best song on Tinashe's new project. I might not be as obsessed with Songs For You as everyone else, but this double track is such a tune, the latter part slays. #41 LÉON - You And I LÉON's new record is absolutely one of my favorite pop albums of 2019 and I feel like this track stands out the most for me, but Lost TIme and a few others were close to take its spot too. Make sure to check her out! Edited December 8, 2019 by BlackoutZone
Supervillain Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 Mine Right Now, You and I, Know Better ahh the flavour
