brianc33710 Posted July 31, 2019 Share Posted July 31, 2019 I think that Lil Nas X is trying to hold out for the Diamond certifications before submitting OTR to the RIAA. Candle In The Wind 1997 went 11XP in just 8 wks, prior to the Diamond achievement prior to the RIAA creating the Diamond-level certification.
