And since we do have a tie in this round, we will need to break it in the

NEXT ROUND.

 

Since, I feel like having them sending them to a tiebreaker round will be great

but since the judging time may take a lifetime so I will not do another specific round for them.

or

just eliminate the TABS with the lowest overall score since day 1 can do the trick but i am not that heartless.

 

So, how to break the tie? 

Both of them will send in entries for the Anatomy of a Song round.

All of the mentors will still judge their entries, since the mentorship already ended few rounds ago.

The one with the LOWEST AVERAGE between the two of them, gets the CHOP.

ROUND 20: ANATOMY OF A SONG

 

Hi TABS!

This is the time where we will be able to check which TABS have the best parts of a song

 

WHAT TO DO:

Send in 4 Songs each representing a certain part of a song

*It can be a SINGLE or Non-SINGLE.  It can also be an unreleased track

*Simply send the link of the song + the timestamps

*You can re-use all of the songs  you have sent in this game .

*The same song can't be used more than once in this round

ANATOMY OF A SONG ROUNDS for PLAYERS:

Round 1: Intro Found at the beginning & sets up the song to establish the song's important elements, such as the key, tempo, rhythmic feel, energy & attitude. TIP: The goal is to create interest for the listener and encourage them to keep playing it.

Round 2: Verse This is where we get down to business. It's where we find out what the song's about.It’s the “Once upon a time …” stage. NOTE: CHOOSE ONE VERSE ONLY, can be the first or second or third

Round 3: Bridge This is where we get relief from the repetitive nature of many songs. Not only does it have different lyrics from the verse and chorus, but the music is a little different as well.  .

Round 4: Chorus The chorus is the most important part. It's a big payoff and climax of the song. NOTE: Adding the PRE-CHORUS is OPTIONAL.  CHOOSE ONE CHORUS only, can be the first, second or last chorus) .

Round 1: Intro MY HAPPY ENDING TIMESTAMP: 0:00-0:16

Round 2: Verse SK8ER BOI TIMESTAMP: 0:21-0:47

Round 3: Bridge When You're Gone  Timestamp: 2:47-3:12 .

Round 4: Chorus What The Hell Timestamp: 1:47-2:27

LYRICS (except the intro round ofc)

VIBE of the specific bit of the song

 

The judges will rank your songs for each round from 1 to 5 (1 being the highest, 5 being the lowest ofc)

This judging is similar to the MUSIC VIDEO BATTLE.

Each round will have the lowest ranking song eliminated from the round, this will go on until only 1 TABS is left standing
