It's ok, her lead single came out 2 years ago.

This was expected; She did well.

this. other artists would be in the pre-release era of the next record already.

Well, considering she failed to debut in the top50 in the US (less than 9k SPS), I guess it is

It failed to debut top50 in France too and only #81 in Italy :michael:

the fact that they only postponed the f out of this album and era just so she'll do well in the us... well at least we know they won't do the same with ZL2 (or ZL3 whether u count the swedish thing or not)

Her song with Clean Bandit is #1 in the UK right now, yet no one is checking for her album :deadbanana2:

I  mean, half the songs are upto 2 years old.

It's basically a Greatest Hits album and not a studio album

Since Zara released of the album, it's been streamed somewhere around 50 million times, which is quite good.

I'll never quite understand why some artists sell albums and some don't. They can be equivalently good and have the same kind of music, but for some reason some are just "album sales artists" and just... sell. While others are streamed or sell live tickets.

Who even buys albums anymore? Moms? People without smartphones? I don't get the appeal. It's like buying into an all-you-can-eat buffet, then ordering only from the menu.

Ed overtook Take That, a mess, he will stay at #1 for consecutive months now.

Wow, I guess Clean Bandit can't help her album sales.

She's a streaming artist and she already got her streams. Her album's at almost 1.4B streams just on Spotify (over 900k equivalent albums) and over 4M pure single sales (400k album equivalents). Her piss poor release schedule just doesn't reflect well on the charts. Like, her album is almost Gold in the U.S. but won't make the top 50 :deadbanana:

This promo strategy by Ten/Epic was stupid.

I hope no one else follows it. It's going to hurt Dua too.

Album out before the rest of the singles, not 6-7 singles BEFORE the album. :rip:
