It's that these values are ESTIMATES.

 

The official value of US OFFICIAL streams are 395,000 reproductions in SPOTIFY and this value does not change.

 

When applying the "Rule of 3" to update the countries, the US is losing reproductions and approaching the real value. Canada is growing a lot and so most of the reproductions come from this country.

 

If the USA grows in reprodutivos official with each update, the value would increase like Canada.
