Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper - A Star Is Born Soundtrack ◆ Favorites: Heal Me / Shallow / Before I Cry / Always Remember Us This Way / I'll Never Love Again Least Favorites: Alibi / Out of Time The best movie of 2018 has a pretty great and iconic soundtrack (with some duds) ◆ #24. Ariana Grande - sweetener ◆ Favorites: breathin / no tears left to cry / God is a woman / goodnight n go Least Favorites: borderline / sweetener / successful I only use about 5 songs from this album, which says something about it. Pharrell did indeed ruin the era! However, the songs I do use are great. ◆ #23. Florence + the Machine - High as Hope ◆ Favorites: Hunger Least Favorites: Grace / 100 Years I've only listened to this twice but she served some quality here, especially on Hunger, a classic. ◆ #22. Bebe Rexha - Expectations ◆ Favorites: I'm a Mess / Knees / I Got You / Self Control / Meant to Be Least Favorites: Mine / Don't Get Any Closer The first half of the album is very strong, but it kinda falls apart in the second half. Still, it has some high highs. ◆ #21. Jessie J - R.O.S.E. ◆ Favorites: Queen / Think About That / Not My Ex / Play Least Favorites: Oh Lord / Someone's Lady I know no one listened to this album but it has some gems, such as the singles and Play. Jessie J deserved better. ◆ #20. MØ - Forever Neverland ◆ Favorites: Imaginary Friend / Final Song Least Favorites: West Hollywood This is a pretty good pop album. Not bad at all. ◆ #19. Robyn - Honey ◆ Favorites: Honey / Missing U / Ever Again Least Favorites: Baby Forgive Me / Beach2k20 Missing U and Honey really got me hyped for this album, but it just didn't deliver for me. Mariah Carey - Caution ◆ Favorites: A No No / The Distance Least Favorites: One Mo' Gen Mariah shook me with this album, I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. Glad it got acclaim. ◆ #17. Charlie Puth - Voicenotes ◆ Favorites: The Way I Am / Attention / How Long / Done For Me / BOY / Slow It Down / Somebody Told Me Least Favorites: Through It All / Change / If You Leave Me Now Charlie Puth gets too much hate! This album provided great bops, though it also has some skips. ◆ #16. Troye Sivan - Bloom ◆ Favorites: My My My! / Bloom / Dance To This Least Favorites: The Good Side / Postcard This album is nice and short with some great songs such as My My My! and Bloom, and just a few skips. ◆ #15. Camila Cabello - Camila ◆ Favorites: Never Be the Same / She Loves Control / Havana / Into It Least Favorites: All These Years / Consequences / Real Friends / In the Dark I'm a bit of an OCH, but I can't deny that this album is quite good. ◆ #14. Years & Years - Palo Santo ◆ Favorites: Sanctify / All For You / If You're Over Me / Up In Flames Least Favorites: Here I've just gotten into this album and I already really like it, it doesn't have any "bad" songs. Truly the best gay act. ◆ #13. Cardi B - Invasion of Privacy ◆ Favorites: Bodak Yellow / I Like It / Bartier Cardi Least Favorites: Best Life / She Bad Definitely the best rap album of 2018, poor that other girl! ◆ #12. Kylie Minogue - Golden ◆ Favorites: Dancing / Stop Me from Falling / Golden / Raining Glitter / Lost Without You Least Favorites: Radio On / Sheldy '68 / Love / Music's Too Sad Without You It's impressive that Kylie Minogue is still making quality pop music this far into her career. Kacey Musgraves - Golden Hour ◆ Favorites: Slow Burn / High Horse / Rainbow Least Favorites: Mother Country Kween Kacey Musgraves served quality country. We had to stan ◆ #9. It has great production, and is reminiscent of HAIM, who had the AOTY 2017! ◆ #7. Christina Aguilera - Liberation ◆ Favorites: Fall In Line / Like I Do / Deserve / Twice Least Favorites: Right Moves / Pipe That was an experimental record that will surpass time... maybe it was too ahead of its time for some people? ◆ #6. Jess Glynne - Always In Between ◆ Favorites: No One / I'll Be There / All I Am / These Days / Million Reasons Least Favorites: Hate/Love / Insecurities Jess Glynne is one of the best British pop girls. She served with both of her albums. Deserves more success in America ◆ #5. Janelle Monáe - Dirty Computer ◆ Favorites: Screwed / Pynk / Make Me Feel / So Afraid Least Favorites: Don't Judge Me / Dirty Computer / I Got The Juice Nearly everything about this album is perfect. The cover, the movie, the message, and the songs. It definitely deserves its acclaim and Grammys! ◆ #4. Panic! At The Disco - Pray For The Wicked ◆ Favorites: Say Amen (Saturday Night) / Hey Look Ma, I Made It / High Hopes / One Of The Drunks / Dying in LA Least Favorites: Old Fashioned King of Pop Rock Brendon Urie snapped here! ◆ #3. Tinashe - Joyride ◆ Favorites: No Drama / Me So Bad / Faded Love Least Favorites: Joyride / He Don't Want It Underrated queen Tinashe SERVED here. The GP has no taste ◆ #2. CHVRCHES - Love Is Dead ◆ Favorites: Graffiti / Get Out / Deliverance / Miracle / Graves / Wonderland Least Favorites: God's Plan I love synthpop, and CHVRCHES really checked all the boxes for me on this album. ◆ #1. Kimbra - Primal Heart ◆ Favorites: Top of The World / Everybody Knows / Like They Do On the TV / Human / Lightyears / Black Sky / Version of Me Least Favorites: N/A!
