I think Music For People In Trouble is the only album I've listened so far that, when in a uneventful afternoon, I could just sit and listen to the whole thing again and again. I thought the longer tracks like Sound of War would turn me off but it is one of the best songs so...

mass undeniably aged but i still find it enjoyable for the most part. if we remove the run from New York to Young Lover the album immediately becomes a lot more tolerable
