I'm not bothering to listen to a D*ake album anymore after Views. He will never make a great album and that's that. Songs like Mob Ties

Drake was good before WATTABA. After that he just plummeted and stopped caring about quality work.

I hate C*mila but I must admit that Never Be the Same is actually listenable for her standards. FRIENDS = overrated.
Woman Like Me is actually one of the few Little Mix songs I enjoy Head Above Water needed to grow on me, but I can understand the complaints. When she dropped a preview of it, I could predict the lyrics before she even sang them.

The ones you haven't heard, don't bother. HAW is elementary tier.

I listen to generic pop stuff myself from time to time but Camila's voice is awful to me.

Marshmello on his own is already pretty bad but add in fake and unconvincing "indeh" vocals on top of it and it just becomes another dumpster tier electropop song on the overplayed radio stations. I also don't need friends spelled out at me, thanks.

Him trying to do trap is basically "How do you do fellow kids" tier corny. He really thought that struggle "Suh pli iiii iiiii" chorus was gonna do something other than make people turn the song off ? The worst part is the bridge is somewhat promising, but the fact that it was only that part that was teased in his album trailer led many people off, and as a result is insult to injury.

Boy am I glad I didn't listen too/intentionally avoided most of your worst songs. These 3 are trash.

200. Charlie Puth - The Way I Am (Dance Pop)

 

 

Say what you want about Mr. Puth but at least he's showing some kind of musical growth unlike his peers! The same man who made Marvin Gaye is now making tolerable radio pop. The constant riff in the song is kinda appealing. I like it and that's just the way I am.

199. David Bryne - Everybody's Coming To My House (Art Pop, New Wave)

 

 

I view David as a musical legend. However his recent album was very forgettable and had basically no impact on the year. The lead single is the only thing I really remember from it. It still has a groove to it.

198. Porches - Now The Water (Sophisti Pop)

 

 

Speaking of forgettable things, whew. These guys just vanished and declined. Now The Water is basically the only good song on the album that I can recall with its Sophisti approach.

197. Yaeji - One More (Ambient Pop/Alternative R&B)

 

 

I like her but she's gonna have to do better than this for her next single. It takes like a minute for the song to really start. However it slightly grew on me before I completely dismissed it.

Santigold was under the radar for the year but Run The Road was a good single choice.

Superorganism are another case of victims of being over-hyped only to underperform with their debut. Their sound doesn't translate as well in terms of a full length. Their closing song, Night Time however was decently placed and is more straightforward.

Similar case with Washed Out, it's a side song with no real impact, but it's just nice to listen to.
