Consindering all the rules changing...these are the most impressive on this list, IMO. 

Enya is truly underrated on ATRL...but she's a huge album seller. 

This album from her peaked at #17 only but is certified 5 x platinum and had no hit single.

The album was also on BB's year end chart for like 3 or 4 years :deadbanana2:
