Nightmare still rising now that radio has started dropping it :rip:

Nah, it's steady. More exposure could have done more damage, the song didn't click good enough with radio audience.

wtf :rip:

The song could have been a huge pop radio hit, it was just Dark Horse'd.

Where is YNTCD? Is it flopping?

It's too new, usually brand new songs take some 3 weeks to appear (songs need 60% of familiarity in order to chart here). It should start charting next week.

Another light improvement for Katy, callouts are still bad.

Lizzo is flying up, she's definetely a big contender for #1 on Pop, great callouts right now.

"Sucker" gonna start falling harder, it has the biggest Heavy Burnout rate now.

Weak debut 5SOS, such a shame, but I kinda expected it. It's gonna start freefalling soon.

Billie is killing it on callouts.

IDC is not gonna last too loong at #1. And it's a matter of time for radio to drop IICHY and HLM,IMI.

basically radio listeners reaction to songs. the higher you are the more people are liking it (and the more radio is supposed to play it)

How do people react to songs on the radio? Like how can radio stations know if a song is liked by the public or not (aside from sales and streams etc)

They do polls of their radio listeners.

I'm amazed by Billie Eilish's callouts. The CD shop owner in my town told me that people of all ages came to buy her album, and most of the adults wanted it for themselves not as a gift for their teens :dies:

Can anyone explain where or who radio gets the scores from? I’m new to this

No but its better than ME! (22 Net Positive vs. 15 for ME!). Its really not surprising though.

The Pop score is okay and it could improve too. Delicate debuted with 67 and it kept increasing later on.

Anywaaaays HAC queen!

I think it would be helpful if you add some kinda of explanation to the OP. You can use mine if you like. @Starkboy

Every week, Critical Mass Media performs a survey. These surveys ask random participants a few basic questions about certain songs. These questions include: "Are you familiar with the song?," "Do you feel positively or negatively about the song?," "Would you say this is one of your favorite songs?," and "Are you tired of hearing this song?," among general questions about a person's age, gender, location, and the type of stations they tend to listen to and when they listen to them.

The Potential score consits of Net Positive (Overall reaction to the song: Positive - Negative), if the song is his/her favorite or if the person is tired to death of this song being played and yes, all points are % (from a total of around 1100 participants). It's a formula which considers previous factors. Basically, the potential gives you a picture of what's the near future of the song on the Airplay chart.

Pop Score is the same potential score but multiplied by the fammiliarity, which shows you, in theory, more about the current level of sucess of the song on the official ranking.

Also, songs must be at least 60% familiar to qualify and appear on the chart which is released every Friday.

It's a weak score almost a bad one. Not good considering how high the song is currently on Pop chart, probably not going any higher unless it improves a lot, but has an important negative reaction.
