It reached 400K in November 2016, was at 455K early February 2017, less than 3 months later...

 

And it was streamed 130M+ times worldwide on spotify alone since then, so even if only 5% of those streams came from the UK (6.5M = 65k units), the song would be at like 520k-530k units now... might even be at 550k. It could take another year, but I'm sure it'll reach 600k.

Loud was at 899.9M two days ago so yes, but Spotify has been glitching the past 2 days (very annoying) so I'm waiting for them to update

 

And GGGB, TTT, Loud will all reach 1B streams this year:
