The highest is Platinum AND on top of that her other 2020 collab Stuck With U is only Gold… ROM is not only Gaga’s highest certified song released in 2020, but Ariana’s as well Sounds like they helped each other.

The Fame (Gaga's first album) came out less than 2 years after B'Day (Beyoncé's second). And as mentioned, Beyoncé has far more singles that are collaborations than Gaga's so this 30 vs. 50 thing evens out a bit more in the stats that was being compared specifically. Of course albums can gain sales over time, but I mean after 15+ years are they gaining THAT much? It's small additions that add up, okay, but I don't think a five year difference is such a huge advantage. If we want to talk about advantages, let's also mention how Lemonade was off streaming for 3 years, in which time I doubt people were buying up the singles as much as they would have been streaming them, contributing to their certifications.
