If you do that, you really WILL have no one. People may think they can do what they want with me, take advantage of me because I always FORGIVE and I'm always kind but I can't wait here for someone to come rescue me, I have to find that strength within myself. Because that strength is there. I need to start being kinder to myself. Whew! but anyways, thank you sis I'm so glad I have something like PH as an outlet, because I ****ing can't right now. I'm not wasting myself anymore on negative energy or people who are jealous or want to use me or want to compete with me or want to ruin my happiness to acquire theirs or want to **** on me and become those people who treated them like **** so that they can feel worthy or powerful. It's sickening. But what's worst is that I share so many good memories with this person and it's like he wants to erase those memories and constantly gaslights me as if I'm the one who's been a bad friend when for YEARS I've had to let some of the things he's said and done to me slide like it's nothing. But nope, not anymore. I require boundaries. The thing I hate the most though is that gang mentality like damn - keep it 100 with ME, you know? I don't know. I'm just glad I have one other friend who's on my side. It's just difficult for me because I naturally want to FORGIVE and see the good in people, but then again I'm always the one who has to surrender to others and I don't like that! It's just so hard... like highkey, when I lose a friend I never want to lose them and it's so upsetting to me it's like I'm mourning the death of a friend. That's how deep this **** means to me. Other people view friends as disposable but I don't and I hate it sometimes but at the same time I love that aspect about me. Thank you! and yes, I will be posting it after the results. It's quite a different song compared to what I'm used to writing. It has more of an uplifting and self-serving vibe, definitely more self-aware and forward-thinking, compared to my other songs which are all gloomy and just about me suffering all the damn time
