but I wouldn't worry, once she drops SNTV everyone will suddenly remember their occupation, just like every single time, and that's after letting maga and flowers take their sweet time at the top without raising a finger, and I'm referring to everything from album/song charts to radio too.

I still think Last Night has the best chance to be the next #1 on overall radio. It can still gain about 20M more aud on Pop, which will be enough to overtake Flowers and Calm Down. However, if LN doesn't go #1 on overall radio, then we're looking at something like Dance the Night as the next radio #1.

It has quite a lot of space to grow on HAC as well. Karma has the potential to land in the 90M total range, and Flowers + Calm Down will fall below it. Morgan Wallen isn't too strong of a competitor, and will hover as it loses plays from Country and makes mild gains in Pop. I do think it could go #1 on the format though.

 

 

Last Night is approaching a "wall" on T40 & probably HAC too (maybe a little more room there & at AC) where it won't climb much further. Some T40 stations won't play a Country (or Rock) song, regardless of its consumption metrics. The John Shomby & MMI T40 report Monday said: "whoever is on it (LN) is on it & whoever is not won't be." 30 years (& even 20 years ago to a lesser extent) T40 wouldn't play Rap songs regardless of their Rhythmic support &/ sales. The only way I see LN getting #1 Radio is if Wallen/Label release an official remix. Since he/it haven't to this point I kind of doubt they will. And LN keeps losing spins even though OTAAT has begun falling at Country. I don't know if Country will give OTAATs spins to LN or not. Either way apparently LN will reach #3 on radio, which is phenomenal for a Country song without an official remix, Rhythmic, & only a little Dance (#30 peak so far) airplay support.
