Per BB:

#3 Lose You to Love Me

#5 Back to You; Calm Down

#6 It Ain't Me

#7 Same Old Love

#9 We Don't Talk Anymore

Calm Down went being barely being top 40 on HAC when it was already Top 10 on Pop to one if her biggest HAC hits

Looks like Cruel Summer fell out of the top fifty on Pop due to Popular? Hope it sneaks its way back in.

I don't think I've followed any radio charts like this since Me! or something - it would be so exciting to watch CS if it gets a full single run.

Looks like Karma will pass Anti-Hero on overall radio in a few days, but it's a loooong way to the top.

Cruel Summer should be safely in the Sunday update, as Players goes recurrent, with ceilings and Mother in purge positions.

I'll never understand why Taylor pushed CS to radio in the summer of 2020 when it was getting radio play. This song would have fit perfectly with the post-lockdown pandemic summer. Would have rather had this be the song of that summer instead of DaBaby's Rockstar.

Because she was about to release folklore and pop radio single was totally opposed to the narrative that she was preparing for the era

I've noticed that Active Rock also has "pushed" #1s at times too. Papa Roach (1 of my favs) & G-dsmack recently had 1 wk #1s/2s followed by a relatively fast fall. This isn't as obvious as the Country Chart. But between Linkin Parks "Lost" & Foo Fighters "Rescued" PRs "Cut The Line" snuck in & is already down to #24 just 4 weeks later. Lost, knocked out by CTL is still #7.

Regarding Cruel Summer:

Added as a FYC to [insert format] radio programmers ≠ Being serviced to [insert format] radio. When a song is added as a 'for your consideration' to radio programmers means that the track is available, so radio programmers could play the track whenever they want, while a song being serviced to radio means that it has been sent to radio, so radio programmers could add the track to their respective radio station.

There are cases where some labels are behind and/or getting onboard after they see a song of their roster is getting airplay and they begin doing tests to radio until they go with a formal push (or an impact date), while there are cases when this doesn't happen and the track gets unsolicited radio airplay due to external factors (streaming, TikTok views, etc.). In this particular one, it seems that it's the latter than the former to be honest. "Karma" is the single that it's currently being pushed by Republic and there's not any other information that they're going to push "Cruel Summer" too. However, it might be possible that Republic is aware of "Cruel Summer" radio situation, so it depends on them.

As a side note, it should be noted that "Cruel Summer" is already on AllAccess' data and it's available to download on the site since June 17, 2020 when it was sent to Pop that day, so the only pending information to know is basically whether Republic is going to give the song a proper push (servicing the track and giving an impact date if it's possible) or not.

So with the panel switch Last Night snuck up to #8. But 8-10 are super close & BB doesn't use all MB stations. And there's no way LN ever closes the 2990 point gap with Chemical. I think the Cruise remix peaked at #8.

LN was one of the biggest losers due to the switch, it was in Power on that station (Nashville), and "Cruise (Remix)" peaked at #7.

Billboard Radio Songs

1. Flowers (=) [16 weeks atop]
45. Jaded [NEW]

Do you guys see Jaded becoming big on radio during the summer? I think Flowers will still be big but Columbia want to push Jaded all summer, the updates are cute but not great, but at least it’s not flopping and it’s been on radio for 2 months now
