Yes, but there have been songs that have stalled before getting a 2nd wind. Most notably being Post Malone’s “I Like You”, which stalled at #11 for 3 weeks before carrying a 2nd wind all the way to #1.

I actually heard the radio play the remix today during normal programming instead of the original.

Why use the old Mediabase's chart when it wasn't Billboard's official one? How does that make sense.
