But it still would have gone #1 without a discount, like people are acting like it didn't reach #1 in 80+ other countries without a discount. Yeah, I really think a fourth tier of $0.39 should be available for songs should the label be willing to sell the downloads for so little. Other music download websites already offer the $0.39 tier.
